  1. In sauté pan on medium-high heat add the olive and season the chicken with some salt and pepper and then brown it on both sides for about 2 minutes.
  2. Next, in a baking dish add all the sliced zucchini and season them with a bit of salt and pepper.
  3. Next, add the chicken breast on top of the zucchini and pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Then add some of the Pomodoro sauce over the chicken and zucchini as much as you like.
  5. Then grate the parmesan cheese all over everything in the baking dish and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or until the juices run clear- top with fresh basil and enjoy!
