  1. In a small bowl add the bread crumbs and milk and soak them for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, In a large mixing bowl add the soaked breadcrumbs and all the other ingredients EXCEPT the meats and mix well to combine.
  2. Next, add in the meats and mix to combine but do not over mix and then roll into meatballs. Then place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  3. I take the rest of the jar of marinara sauce and add a 28 oz can of San Marzano tomatoes and heat them in a pot on the stove top. When the meatballs are done baking, I transfer them to the sauce and let cook another hour or more to combine all the flavors and serve! 🙂
