Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients EXCEPT the beef and mix well to combine - then add in the meat and mix with your hands but do not over mix. Roll the the meatballs in your hand to the size you like and set aside.
  2. Then in a large sauté pan on medium heat add the extra virgin olive oil and brown the meatballs on all sides but do not cook them all the way through. Last, add the meatballs to a large pot of marinara sauce and cook for about 40 minutes and serve!
