Boil the eggs in water for exactly 8 minutes and then rinse with cool water and peel. Next, slice each egg in half and set aside and then add the yolks to a large mixing bowl with the mayo, dijon, dill, salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
Next, I fill each half with a lot of the yolk mixture and get my decorating ingredients together.
Okay, I admit this is not for the faint of heart..lol - it takes some patience to make each bunny but I promise you it is worth it!
Once all the bunnies are done I serve them over shredded lettuce on a tray but get as creative as you like and enjoy!!
