  1. In a large mixing bowl add the mayo, pesto, chopped artichokes and the red wine vinegar and toss well to combine.
  2. Next, add in the brussels sprouts and season with some salt and pepper and toss to combine checking for seasoning.
  3. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and enjoy! This recipe is so easy, fast and delicious!
