  1. This recipe is basically just add ingredients to taste. Boil the eggs and slice them in half and then take out the cooked yolks and add them to a bowl.
  2. Next, start adding the mayo, sour cream and I do half of each so I start with 1 tablespoon and then add more until I get the consistency I like. Then add in a little dijon mustard and chopped black olives and mix well to combine.
  3. Then fill each egg with the yolk mixture and then add in the tomato slices as horns. At first I just stuck them in straight and they looked like this which is fine.
  4. Then I started playing around and turned them in like this, but anyway you want to make them is fine and it is suppose to be fun for Halloween so there are no rules! 🙂
