Instructions
  1. Cook pasta to package instructions and then the last 2 minutes add in the frozen peas and then drain and rinse with warm water . Next, while still warm transfer the pasta and peas to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Next add in the prosciutto, cheese, herbs, lemon zest and juice, olive oil and some salt and pepper and mix to combine. This is such and easy and delicious dish ! 🙂
