Add some olive oil to a grill pan and season the corn with salt and pepper - grill the corn for about 8 minutes turning them to cook on all sides.
Take the corn off the heat and with a knife remove the corn and add it to a large mixing bowl.
Next, add the other ingredients to the mixing bowl and toss to combine.
For the dressing: Add those ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk well and then pour it over the corn salad and mix well.
Last, put the corn salad in the refrigerator for all the flavors to combine and then top it with the avocado before serving and enjoy! 🙂
