  1. In a medium pot add the oil and chickpea flour and cook on medium stirring until it bubbles a few minutes. Next, add in all the dry seasonings and cook another few minutes.
  2. Then add in the tomato sauce a pinch of salt and pepper and the chicken broth and cook a few more minutes until it thickens and is all combined.
  3. Then transfer the enchilada sauce to a glass jar or storage container. You can make this ahead of time and keep it until you make it for your recipes it is very versatile and delicious! 🙂
