Make sure you cut each tender in half so that they are smaller and place them in a bowl or plastic bag. Then in a mixing bowl add all the marinade ingredients and toss the chicken to combine. Marinate the chicken pieces in the refrigerator for a least 30 minutes but I did and hour.
Next, make sure your wood skewers are soaked in water for 20 minutes so that they don't burn, then skewer each piece of chicken and place them on a plate.
Then on a grill or grill pan simply cook the tenders for about 4-5 minutes per side until no longer pink.
Once the chicken is cooked, simply transfer the skewers to a serving tray and enjoy!
I serve these chicken skewers with extra honey mustard dipping sauce on the side. 🙂
