  1. In a pan on medium heat add the olive oil, onion and some salt and cook about 5 minutes until onion is soft and then add in the garlic and cook another 2 minutes
  2. Next add in the chicken, basil, parsley and some salt and pepper and cook about 3 minutes until everything is combined and then turn off the heat and set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl add the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and some salt and pepper and mix well to combine and then set aside
  4. In a baking dish add a little of the marinara sauce to the bottom of it and start layering - first add the spinach noodles then top with some of the ricotta mixture, then chicken, then the marinara and then a handful of the mozzarella cheese and repeat this step 3 times on the last layer top with last spinach noodle and just top that layer with the rest of the mozzarella cheese
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done and top is golden and enjoy!!
