Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, add all the sesame sauce ingredients whisk to combine and set aside.
  2. Next, add the chicken, 1 TBSP of cornstarch and some salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Next, add oil and chicken to a hot sauté pan and stir-fry the chicken for about 5 minutes until it starts to get golden brown.
  4. Then add in the sesame sauce and allow the sauce to simmer for about 4 minutes or until the sauce is thick and sticky.
  5. Last, transfer the chicken to a bowl of white rice and sprinkle with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
  6. This is literally one of mine and my daughters favorite recipes of all time ! I hope you love it as much as we do!!!
