Instructions
  1. Place all the rub ingredients in a bowl and coat the fish completely and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then place the fish on a charcoal grill - not on the direct heat for about 8-15 minutes until the doneness you desire. Keep the grill covered to allow it to "smoke" checking on it as you cook it.
  2. For the salsa - add all the ingredients to a bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving . For the slaw- add the grated cabbage and onion to a mixing bowl and then the mayo, vinegar, and salt and pepper and let that site for about 30 minutes as well.
  3. I also serve this with some light sour cream and more cilantro and they are light and delicious! 🙂
