  1. In a pot over hight heat add the chicken stock, water and some salt and bring to a boil - add in the pasta and cook according to package directions about 10 minutes - drain and set aside
  2. Coat the corn on the cob with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook it on a grill pan or grill until done about 8 minutes- then take off the heat and let cool - once you can handle it cut all the corn off the cob and set aside
  3. In a small pan on low heat cook the pine nuts for about 5 minutes until golden brown and set aside
  4. In a large mixing bowl add the mayo, both vinegar's, 3 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, shallot, zest and juice of lemon basil and flat leaf and some salt and pepper and mix to combine all the flavors
  5. Next add the pasta into the mixing bowl and stir to coat all the pasta with the sauce. Then add in the corn, tomatoes, black olive, edamame, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese and mix well to combine everything together
  6. Transfer pasta salad to a serving dish and serve!
