In a baking dish add the tomatoes, smashed garlic, basil, olive oil and some salt and pepper and roast at 375 for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook your pasta to package instructions and set aside - do not rinse and transfer back to the pot you cooked it in.
Once the tomatoes are done , take out the garlic and immediately pour the tomatoes and all the juice over the pasta and toss to combine. If it looks a little dry drizzle some more olive oil over the top.
Transfer the pasta to a serving dish, top with parmesan cheese and enjoy! 🙂
