In a lage mixing bowl add the shrimp, turkey sausage, corn, Tony Chachere's and garlic and mix well to combine. I let this sit for a bit before cooking but you can skip this step.
Next, boil and large pot of water and when it gets to a hard boil add 2 tbsp of the butter and then the shrimp mixture and cook for about 8 minutes until everything is cooked.
Last, drain the entire pot and then add the shrimp mixture back to the empty pot and add 1 more tbsp of the light butter and mix well. Then serve everything on a large serving tray with cocktail sauce and lemons.
