Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and then press each won ton wrapper into each cup. Then slightly spray the tops of them also and bake for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and set aside.
Next, in a mixing bowl add the chopped turkey, cheese, pickle, mayo and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Last, simply fill each cup with the turkey salad and serve! 🙂
